Duties include: Parallel programming and implementation in C, Cilk, Python, etc; developing new data-centric applications and libraries; algorithm development; use OpenMP for multiplatform shared memory multiprocessing programming; testing and verifying correctness of system and application software; senior level may supervise junior engineers as well as interface with customers and research partners.

Experience includes:  5+ years relevant experience; BS or MS in CS, CE, EE, etc.; a good understanding of operating systems and parallel processing; high performance computing (HPC) background; strong experience in C and other languages;  strong proficiency with algorithms and data structures; track record of solving problems and getting things done. Experience with machine learning, bioinformatics, cybersecurity, sparse linear algebra, and/or graph databases are highly preferred.
