Our client’s patented software platform is in very high demand by their strategic partners and customers and as a result, they are experiencing unprecedented growth. Their Linux application is developed using Scrum Agile methodology. Most development is done in C language; some Python is used.  A variety of technologies are involved- data storage and archiving, Machine Learning based AI, Cyber Security, etc. As the company experiences this period of growth we are looking for talented individuals who are motivated by overcoming difficult technical challenges in a collaborative environment to join the team. Ideal candidates for these positions will have experience in QA/System Test in one of 3 areas: Security, Automation or backup-related in a small, dynamic environment. Responsibilities and Requirements:

All candidates will have experience with Linux OS, C/C++ programming, bash / Shell scripting, Python; BS or MS in EE or CS; work as part of a Scrum team; eager to be part of a dynamic team

Security-related position:

• Write, execute and manage security test plans for the product
• Identify and resolve threats and vulnerabilities
• experience with DAST, SAST, SCA, Penetration testing, related tools;

Backup-related position:

• experience with software backup application technology (Dell Avamar, PPDM, Networker; Veritas NetBackup, IBM Spectrum, Commvault Simpana) and their agents, data & file storage
• Windows OS

Automation-related role:

• Experience with REST API and/or CLI (command line interface)
• Support the product from a QA and automation development perspective
